World Ovarian Cancer Day (WOCD) is the one day of the year we as a whole speak loudly in solidarity over the world in the battle against this disease.
The first World Ovarian Cancer Day occurred in 2013. World Ovarian Cancer Day is an activity of the World Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
Ovarian cancer has the least survival rate of all female cancers. Most ladies are diagnosed once cancer has just spread, making it harder to treat. There are often delays in diagnosing ovarian cancer.
