World Music Day 2019 or International Music Day 2019 will be seen on June 21. June 21, denotes the start of summer solstice, which is the longest day of the year and is likewise celebrated as Fete de la Musique or World Music Day. The day likewise coincides with International Day of Yoga.
World Music Day began in France in 1980s, however was first proposed by American artiste Joel Cohen in 1976 to mark summer solstice.
