Ujjwal Kumar and Abhishek Ranjan provide free education to poor children through their NGO, Journalists for Social Reform
Ujjwal Kumar, along with his friend Abhishek Ranjan is working together to provide free education for poor children and other social reforms in India. Ujjwal is from Rohua village located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar while Abhishek belongs to Muzaffarpur city, which is also located in Bihar. Education is the very basis for the development of every nation and society. It shows us the importance of hard work and, at the same time, helps us grow and develop. Thus, we are able to shape a better society to live in by knowing and respecting rights, laws, and regulations. Ujjwal and Abhishek truly believe that education is an important aspect of one’s life. They are working tirelessly and aim to become an inspiration to many all over the country.
They run a non-governmental organization called Journalists for Social Reform. This organization works on various aspects of social reform, the most important one is providing free education to poor children. For the past 4 years, Ujjwal Kumar and Abhishek Ranjan have been working to provide free education to poor children in Harku Chaudhary’s Tola and Kanhauli Panchayat under Musahari district of Muzaffarpur. Today, about 120 children are getting free education every day in Ujjwal Kumar’s institution.
Through their NGO, Journalists for Social Reform, Ujjwal and Abhishek not only provide traditional education to children, but they also teach children through smart class on TV and introduce them to modern education. Many MLAs and MPs have praised the efforts of Ujjwal Kumar and Abhishek Ranjan. Their organization is very popular and they are considering opening up more study centres in various parts of India. Ujjwal and Abhishek are determined to provide education to poor kids all over India and are extremely passionate about it.
