TikTok might be an excellent place to start your search if you’re planning a vacation. The social app is one of the first places people look for reviews of restaurants and travel destinations, including some of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
A new report by The U.K. luxury holiday organization Destination2 gathered together the most popular beaches on TikTok using their hashtags and ranked them in light of the number of views.
TikTok views: 4,458,8 million
With more than three times as many views as the beach in second place, the Australia beach topped the list.
One of the most iconic places in the world is Bondi Beach, which is known for its surf scene.
A new report directed by UK luxury holiday organization Destination2 has listed Nha Trang beach and Vung Tau beach in Vietnam among the top 10 most famous beaches around the world, VOV detailed Monday.
Using their hashtags, the travel company compiled a list of the TikTok beaches with the most views before ranking them.
With 64.6 million views, Nha Trang beach, which is in the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa, came in third, followed by Vung Tau beach, which is in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
With 445.8 million views, Bondi Beach in Australia topped the rankings, three times more than Pattaya Beach in Thailand, which came in second with 128.5 million views.
This was followed by Waikiki Beach in the US with 43.7 million views, followed by JBR Beach in Dubai with 30.3 million views, Kelingking Beach in Indonesia with 30 million views, and Santa Monica Beach in the United States with 29 million views. Airlie Beach in Australia, which has received 27.8 million views, and Whitehaven Beach in Australia, which has received 23.5 million views, complete the list.
Khanh Hoa province’s political, economic, cultural, sci-tech, and tourism hub is Nha Trang, a coastal city. Nha Trang has been listed as one of the world’s most beautiful bays in the world due to its long, white sand coast. The city, which is also known as the “Pearl of the Far East,” is now a popular tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists.
Khanh Hoa has a lot of potentials to grow sea-based tourism with its extensive coastline of more than 380 kilometers, which includes numerous bays, lagoons, islands, and golden sandy beaches. Van Phong, Nha Trang, and Cam Ranh are the three bays in the province.
Nha Trang has been referred to as the “underrated pearl” of Vietnam by The Star, a prominent Malaysian publication. Extending over 6km of powdery white sand, the crescent-shaped Nha Trang Beach overlooks one of the most beautiful bays in the world – Nha Trang Bay – and is effectively open by foot from the clamoring heart of the city, it said.
TripAdvisor conducted a survey in 2015 and found that Nha Trang was voted one of the top 10 cities in the world by international tourists as one of the new Asian destinations.
Vung Tau is one of the most interesting places to visit for both local and foreign tourists due to its numerous beaches. Typically, tourists prefer to swim in Back Beach, also known as Bai Sau, rather than visit Front Beach, which is known locally as Bai Truoc.
According to VNA, Ba Ria-Vung Tau has favorable conditions for the development of high-class leisure tourism alongside sight-seeing and sports tourism due to its 300-kilometer coastline, diverse terrains (rivers, mountains, sea, hot springs), and numerous special national historical sites.
Ba Ria – Vung Tau also benefits from the province’s location in the southeastern region, bordering a number of southern economic centers like Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Binh Thuan provinces, which help the province attract both domestic and international visitors.
Ba Ria – Vung Tau has made numerous high-end investments in leisure tourism properties recently, which has helped the province attract domestic and international tourists. The Morito Beach Ho Tram, the Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion, the Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Resort & Spa, the Binh Chau Hot Spring Resort, and the Coastar Estates Ho Tram are just a few examples.
To add value to visitors’ vacations in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, local tourism and service firms have developed a variety of entertainment, leisure, dining, and medical services in addition to luxurious lodging. Let’s Charm Fest, a music gala held at Charm Resort Ho Tram during the September National Day holiday, opened the Hamptons Plaza Ho Tram commercial service street with international-standard services and the Hamptons Pier, Vietnam’s first and longest pier.
There are currently over 1,200 tourist accommodations in Vung Tau, 14 of which are upscale. Condotels, tourist villas, and homestays are just a few of the new lodging options that have come into existence in the last two years. About 6 million tourists come to Vung Tau city each year for sightseeing or leisure activities.
Pattaya Ocean side in Thailand came in runner-up. The study conducted by Destination2 found that the beach received 128.5 million views on Tiktok.
A 2.5-mile crescent of the coastline is Pattaya Beach. The beach is well-known for thrilling activities like parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat riding, according to Trip Advisor.
Nha Trang Beach in Vietnam took the third spot on the list. It is just 35 minutes outside of Ho Chi Minh City and is one of Vietnam’s most famous beaches.
Scuba diving and crystal clear water at Nha Trang Beach make it a popular destination.
