Salem Nayef’s optimism shines the UAE sports

Whenever we get a chance in life we blame others for our failure, and get a dig into others life achievement. This is a mass mentality, but to be the 1% one needs to look out of the box. No one is to blame for your future situation but yourself. If you want to be successful, then become “Successful.”

Salem Nayef is the President of United Arab Emirates Volleyball Federation. He started this journey in 2016, and still continuing with pride. But the success of his life was made from years of perseverance, patience, hardwork, passion, and courage.

Salem Nayef used to love sports from his childhood days, and he used to practice it from then. He was born in a village of United Arab Emirates, but his desires to touch the sky could not be stopped by the financial condition of his family.

He did his best in every bit of his performance. Every sucessful person in the world is a hustler one way or another. Everything comes to him who hustles while he waits. Hustlers don’t sleep, they nap.

The president of UAE Volleyball Federation introduced the light of education to his hobby with enormous courage, which changed the whole perspective of his life.Invest in your dreams. Grind now. Shine later. Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen. This is the mindset of this great persona.

Salem Nayef does not make the decisions based on his current situations. He makes his decisions based on where he wants to be. He tries hard to make through every opportunity he gets infront of him which may look like work, but has the capability to carry him to his ultimate goals. In 2011, Salem Nayef was appointed as the Member of the Board of Directors of the General Sports Federation of Governmental Institutions by  His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The big secret in life is that there is no secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work. Salem Nayef believed in his dream, and he knew that he could find the utmost happiness in life if only he chased his dream, and he proved it. The big secret of life is that there is no secret. Whatever is your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work.
