Sajan Shah Leads a Mental Health Initiative at Jamnagar Airport, with the Airport Authority of India

Renowned motivational speaker and esteemed orator at the World Religion Parliament, Sajan Shah, recently conducted a transformative session at Jamnagar Airport, Gujarat. This exclusive initiative, organized by D.K. Singh, Airport Director of the Airport Authority of India, Civil Enclave Jamnagar, focused on addressing critical aspects of mental health, productivity, and work-life balance within the aviation industry.
The 90-minute session was an insightful journey into tackling the challenges faced by airport personnel. Sajan Shah emphasized strategies for maintaining mental and physical well-being amidst demanding schedules, improving productivity, and fostering conscious awareness during high-pressure situations. He also addressed critical topics such as managing passenger traffic, reducing turnaround times, operational efficiency, skill development, and adopting innovative technologies, leaving the audience inspired and empowered.
Speaking about the initiative, D.K. Singh expressed deep gratitude and acknowledged the vital role of airports and their teams in shaping the nation. “Programs like these are a moral and professional boost for the team, equipping them with the tools to excel in their roles. Leaders like Sajan Shah inspire us to see beyond challenges and focus on building a resilient workforce for New India,” he said.

Sajan Shah, who has been inspiring lives across India for over 14 years and has impacted more than 15 million people, is also the founder of United First, India’s largest social consortium working towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
