When SfTK entered its 9th week as the number one BDS Radio internet gospel song, PTtheGospelSpitter and Emcee N.I.C.E. received a pleasant surprise. BDS Radio started their first internet Christian Hip Hop (CHH) chart for the week ending March 7 with SfTK christening the chart’s launch as the very first number one song. A moment of humbled and unforeseen honor, topping two BDS internet radio charts – the established gospel and the first CHH.
PT and N.I.C.E. had touted SfTK (Service for The King) in their marketing to stations as “the premier collaboration for 2021”. Providence and the data analyzers at MRC/Nielsen compiling a new CHH chart and bestowing additional stature for SfTK, helps to sustain that marketing tag.
SfTK is PT’s first collaboration and he could not have found a better partner than Emcee N.I.C.E. , a Stellar and Grammy honored CHH artist. The two artists began discussing a possible collaborative project shortly after the 50th Dove Awards.
In fact, PT and N.I.C.E. had considered the possibility of introducing the track with a live performance at the planned July 17-18, 20/20 Summer Fest at the Banc of California Stadium.
In addition to the current national airplay, SfTK feat. Emcee N.I.C.E. is available on all digital streaming and download platforms and can also be found in the PTtheGospelSpitter.faith media store.
