Mercedes A & B – Explaining Mercedes Services

If you drive a Mercedes Benz, there is a good chance that you realize how important that it is to maintain your luxury car so that it will last longer and operate to its maximum performance for as long as possible. This is exactly where Mercedes’ A and B services are going to come into play. Here is everything that you need to know about the different services that Mercedes has to offer, and which one is going to be the one that you should be using.

The Mercedes-Benz A Service

When it comes to owning a Mercedes-Benz, you are going to want to be sure and take care of your luxury vehicle. This means that you will know exactly when you should take it in for your scheduled car services. With that being said, the very first service that is going to need to be done is known as the Mercedes-Benz A Service. This is a service that is going to be required once you have driven around 10,000 miles or about the first year after you have purchased your Mercedes.

With all that being said, at the need of the day, it is not really going to matter if you keep track of any of these details, as your Mercedes from www.nstar.com.au is going to come with a Flexible Service System that will alert you as soon as it is time to make a visit to your local Mercedes dealer.

Here is everything that is included in the Mercedes A Service:

  • Synthetic oil change
  • New oil filter
  • Complete fluid check and top-off
  • Tire check and correction
  • Comprehensive brake check

The Mercedes-Benz B Service

Roughly one year after you have had your first A service or about 2 years since you have purchased your Mercedes or about 20,000 miles, you are going to be required to bring in your Mercedes for what is known as the Mercedes-Benz B Service. What this service is going to do for you, is to make sure that your care is running as smoothly as possible and that there are no problems whatsoever. When it comes to this checkup, you again, will not need to worry about a thing, as you will be issued a reminder from the Flexible Service System

Moving forwards after this appointment, you can expect to go through one of these inspections and maintenance checks about every two years or roughly 20,000 miles. What makes this B Service checks so exciting, is that they are also going to do everything that is involved with the A Service as well. Here is everything that you can expect with the B Service:

  • Synthetic oil change
  • New oil filter
  • Cabin filter/dust replacement
  • Complete brake fluid replacement
  • All fluid level check and top off according to factory settings
  • Tire check and inflation if necessary
  • Brake system check

When it comes to your Mercedes-Benz, one of the best things that you can do to ensure that your car will last for many years to come is going to be doing all of the included services.
