Canva and HubSpot have teamed up to help expand businesses quickly and easily produce on-brand content. It was revealed that Canva and HubSpot have partnered to directly integrate Magic Studio AI tools and Canva’s full creative experience into HubSpot’s customer platform.
The collaboration integrates Magic Studio AI tools and Canva’s full design expertise into HubSpot’s customer platform. Through a native “Design with Canva” button, teams can access the embedded experience, which allows them to create, collaborate, and publish content all within their HubSpot site.
A new collaboration between HubSpot and Canva aims to make content creation easier for small and medium-sized businesses. Through the partnership, users can create, edit, and publish on-brand content within the HubSpot environment by integrating Canva’s design tools directly into the HubSpot platform.
Canva is a user-friendly, reasonably priced design software that is well-liked by smaller marketing teams that frequently lack creative resources. Many of the same teams are the core of HubSpot, which also serves as a platform for marketing automation and CRM.
Therefore, it shouldn’t be shocking to watch the tools become closer to one another. A Venn diagram of their users shows a lot of overlap.
By adding a “Design with Canva” button to HubSpot, the connection enables customers to use Canva’s whole creative toolkit, including Magic Studio AI, without having to switch between platforms. With brand consistency, marketers can now design images for landing pages, social media posts, and email templates.
“Visual storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to show, not tell, your story to customers—one image can do the work of a thousand words,” said Karen Ng, senior vice president of Product & Partnerships at HubSpot.
“By bringing together Canva’s creative platform with HubSpot’s customer platform, we’re making it fast and easy for teams to create professional designs at scale. Whether you’re a team of one or hundreds, this integration empowers you to meet the growing content demands of today’s market.”
Now that Canva is integrated into HubSpot, teams can create, collaborate, and publish content without ever leaving the HubSpot platform thanks to a native “Design with Canva” button. Email templates, social media postings, landing sites, and more may be made with the integration.
In addition to adding Canva Pro Elements to their designs, marketing teams may find designs made in HubSpot on their Canva homepage and comment on and share Canva designs with their team.
Through collaboration, teams can increase efficiency and innovation by:
In HubSpot’s content editor, users can create content by using the “Design with Canva” option when uploading an image. Before continuing, new users will be required to sign into their Canva account. A completed design can be stored and utilized right away in marketing campaigns.
Teams will be able to design, produce, and distribute content more quickly, thanks to the partnership, all without having to jump between tabs or platforms.
Teams can now incorporate Canva Pro Elements into their designs, share, and comment on Canva designs with their team, and find HubSpot-created designs on their Canva homepage thanks to the improved integration.
