eBay Unveils New Dashboard and Tools, Aims to Help Sellers with Cash Advances and a Streamlined Advertising Hub
eBay is aiming to better assist its sellers with a new Business Cash Advance service that provides sellers with instant access to revenue-based loans and a redesigned advertising experience
eBay has launched a new advertising platform to assist sellers in growing their businesses. A new Advertising dashboard, customized data, and user-friendly campaign tools are all part of this improved experience. The goal is to boost listing visibility, streamline advertising, and encourage continuous business expansion.
Ad campaign performance tracking and optimization are made easier with the help of the new Advertising dashboard, which is an all-in-one solution. Situated within the Seller Hub, the newly introduced Advertising page offers an all-encompassing perspective of all campaigns, detailed reporting, and enhanced navigation. Sellers can use this to evaluate the effectiveness of their campaigns and make wise adjustments to increase sales.
New metrics and recommendations to support growth are included in the dashboard:
- Today’s Recommendations: Offers daily, customized tips for maximizing advertising campaigns.
- Suggested Campaigns: Contains specially created, launch-ready campaigns that are based on best practices and historical data.
- Trend-Based Campaigns: Creates ready-to-launch campaigns by using eBay.ai to identify market trends.
- Advertising Insights: Provides seasonal guidance and tips in addition to the most recent news, research, and product launches.
Ad strategies can be changed in real time thanks to pop-up notifications and personalized recommendations that assist users in understanding what’s working and where to adjust. Sellers of all experience levels can easily create new campaigns and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) with the dashboard’s user-friendly interface, which in turn drives more sales based on campaign results and marketplace trends.
Promoted Listings, Promoted Offsite, and Promoted Stores are the three distinct advertising options that sellers can access from the new dashboard. It is now simpler to find the best option and initiate campaigns thanks to this cohesive portfolio.
- Promoted Listings: Make use of campaign tactics to draw attention to particular listings, establish more connections with potential customers, and increase sales. Options consist of:
- Priority Campaign Strategy: Offers advanced controls and AI-generated suggestions together with priority access to ad locations. Comparing sellers who used this method to those who did not, they noticed an average 50% increase in sales.

With the introduction of Ebay’s new Business Cash Advance offering, qualified American eBay sellers can now obtain up to $1 million in working capital in as little as 24 hours. This revenue-based finance option is available to them. Liberis, an embedded finance platform, is collaborating with Ebay Seller Capital to offer this new funding option.

The addition of Business Cash Advance to our suite of offerings in partnership with Liberis enables us to expand capital availability for our sellers on flexible terms when they need it the most.”
Pre-approved financial offers ranging from $500 to $1 million are available to sellers through an online application process that should take less than three minutes to complete. Funds will normally move in as little as 12 to 24 hours after approval. Payment plans will be created with no minimum payments and no early payment penalties, and they will grow with the seller’s sales cycle. In the eBay Seller Hub, sellers will be able to monitor the status of their payments in addition to their sales revenue.
AI-Powered Ebay Advertising Experience Helps Sellers Increase Sales

- Sellers may update their ad campaigns in real-time by using pop-up notifications and personalized recommendations to swiftly determine what is working and where to pivot.
Promoted Listings, which are used to advertise specific products on Ebay, Promoted Offsite, which is used to advertise products outside of Ebay on channels like Google, and Promoted Stores, which are used to increase the visibility of sellers’ eBay storefronts, are the three distinct advertising options available in the new dashboard.
