Chetan Rana began working as an IT employee, who slowly found his way to immigration services. From there, he started his own immigration company.
Chetan Rana began his career as an IT employee, who found his life’s purpose a bit later in life. Coming from a very humble family, Chetan Rana was from Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahar. His father was a farmer and his mother was a social worker. To support his parents, his brother, and sister, Chetan had ventured out to the big cities to pursue his career. In 2010, Chetan moved to Delhi and started his career from there.
As his first job, he worked as an IT official. Soon after, he worked as IT Head in Visa and Immigration Consultant Company in Delhi. However, it was during this time in the consulting company that Chetan Rana found his life’s purpose. When Chetan was laid off after a few years, despite being experienced and skilled for his job, Chetan started his own company in the same field. Chetan did not have a smooth start, as others might think. His family was not supportive of his idea of creating a new company. Furthermore, Chetan was financially dependent on his brother as well. In 2015, Chetan lost his father, which made him think even more about his work.
In 2016, he started his own company with only a few employees. He ensured that he hired only those who were skilled and had the experience. Within no time, his venture began to grow. From only five to ten employees, his company has grown a lot since then. Now Chetan’s company has three branches and has over fifty employees working in the office. Rana’s motivation was to find the right place to become successful was to become a social worker and help as many people as he can.
Despite the issues, Rana created a company where employee benefits and work-life balance is maintained. He helps his employees by providing many one-of-a-kind types of programs, which help his employees to enjoy life and work. Rana wants to do the same for many others.
