Vietjet Air Received the Top Awards in Both Aviation and Finance Management

The airline has been recognized as the “Best Finance Management-Aviation-Việt Nam” and the “Best Low-cost Airline in Southeast Asia”. Hundreds of international business leaders attended the grand award ceremony in Bangkok.
The world’s top finance publication, International Finance Magazine, has presented Vietjet with two highly esteemed awards.
International Finance, a prestigious UK-based finance and business magazine, has been hosting the International Finance Awards every year for more than ten years. Awardees in the finance, banking, aviation, insurance, energy, and services sectors are recognized for their exceptional talents, leadership qualities, and industry-leading businesses on a global scale.
Vietjet is commended for the excellence it has attained over the years, particularly in terms of improving passengers’ flying experiences. Additionally, the airline consistently provides reasonably priced, cutting-edge, and safe aviation products and services. The airline has garnered recognition for its remarkable expansion of its flight network, encompassing the majority of Asia Pacific. The airline is notable for its exceptional finance management, as evidenced by its positive business outcomes in the post-pandemic era and its sustainable development towards ESG goals.
Vietjet Chief Operating Officer Michael Hickey said: “Vietjet is proud to be a new-age carrier catering to customers’ diversified demands and taking the lead to provide civilized, modern, and convenient travel opportunities at affordable costs to people and tourists within the region and around the world.”
“The international business and finance community’s recognition is also a testament to Vietjet’s effective and transparent financial activities, affirming its leading role in promoting the economy, trade, and tourism while being a trusted partner in the global aviation industry,” he said.
Vietjet currently serves over 185 million passengers both domestically and internationally with a fleet of over 100 aircraft and an extensive flight network in Vietnam and Thailand, as well as international routes to Australia, India, China, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, and Kazakhstan.
